As of July 14, 2026, the published buyer guides on Robot Companion AI do not contain affiliate links. This page explains the rules that will apply if affiliate relationships are introduced.
1. What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link contains tracking information that can attribute a visit or qualifying transaction to the referring publication. If a reader follows such a link and completes an eligible purchase or action, Robot Companion AI may receive a commission from the retailer, marketplace or service provider.
A commission normally does not add a separate charge to the reader, but the retailer controls its price, eligibility, attribution window, exclusions and payment terms. Following a link never guarantees that a commission will be earned.
2. How affiliate relationships will be identified
If affiliate links are added, the relevant article or commercial section will include a visible disclosure before or near the links. Labels may include “affiliate link,” “we may earn a commission” or equivalent plain language.
A disclosure should appear where a reader can see it before making a purchase decision, not only on this policy page.
Eligible links may use technical relationship attributes such as sponsored or nofollow where appropriate.
If an older article gains affiliate links, its disclosure and modified date should be reviewed at the same time.
3. Editorial independence
Affiliate eligibility must not determine whether a product receives favorable coverage. A retailer or manufacturer cannot pay to change a conclusion, approve copy before publication, remove a relevant limitation or guarantee placement in a shortlist.
Some recommended or discussed products may have no affiliate program. Some affiliate-linked products may not be recommended for every reader. Selection should be based on relevance, verifiable information and buyer fit—not commission rate.
4. Prices, availability and purchasing responsibility
Prices displayed in an article are snapshots checked on the stated date. Shipping, taxes, duties, subscriptions, accessories, currency conversion, regional availability and return costs can change the delivered price. The retailer’s checkout and written terms control the transaction.
Robot Companion AI is not the seller and generally cannot process orders, refunds, warranties, repairs or payment disputes. Review the retailer’s identity, return address, privacy notice and support region before purchasing.

Revenue may support publication costs, but it does not purchase an editorial conclusion. The disclosure shown on an individual article is the controlling statement for that page.
